The role involves optimizing content, managing YouTube Shorts, and transitioning to long-form video, all while building workflows and a team to scale the channel effectively.

Professional Training & Coaching

Responsibilities

Launch and optimize the YouTube channel
Own Shorts publishing and performance
Prepare and transition the channel into long-form
Help build the workflows (and team) needed to scale YouTube properly
YouTube channel setup, branding, descriptions, links, and SEO basics
Repurposing proven content into YouTube Shorts
Minor editing (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs)
Consistent Shorts schedule (minimum 3 per week)
Optimization for: retention, watch time, subscriber growth
Publishing, approvals, and scheduling
Early performance insights and iteration
Transition into long-form YouTube strategy and execution
Recommending and helping build editor workflows or support resources as needed

Required

Hands-on experience launching or scaling YouTube Shorts
Understand Shorts as a top-of-funnel for long-form YouTube
Know how to repurpose content properly (not just repost)
Think in terms of audience and conversion, not vanity metrics
Want ownership and accountability, not task-based work
Want to grow with a channel long-term

Preferred

Experience launching or managing long-form YouTube
Experience building or managing editor workflows or small teams
Experience with Twitch Shorts or emerging platforms
Background with creator-led or mission-driven brands
