Required

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in industry-specific software and technology tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Previous experience in underwriting or a related role, with a preference for specialty insurance experience
