Paul Bridges Group is a fast-growing executive search firm located in Austin, seeking Executive Search Consultants to help build and scale their Austin office. This role involves leading executive search assignments, partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, and building strong candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end executive search assignments (Senior Manager through C-suite)
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational structure, and talent strategy
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through research, outreach, and networking
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and manage interview processes
Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
Collaborate with a growing team in Austin and globally
Qualification
Required
Experience in executive search or Agency recruitment (Must have Perm placement background)
Comfort working on retained or exclusive searches (or strong interest in transitioning into retained)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a business
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
