Regional Sales Manager
Ring-O-Matic, a leading manufacturer of vacuum excavators, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager. This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, developing strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territorial sales targets and expand market share
Identify and build relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners within the territory
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the territory
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and participate in trade shows and industry events
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management
Work closely with other departments, including engineering and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in territory sales management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales territory
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the vacuum excavator industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry
