Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize manufacturing processes
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
Process control (SPC/SQC) and statistical analysis

Required

Recent college graduate to 2 years' experience in an engineering field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Six Sigma Green belt (able to complete within the first 12 months)
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S

Preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics is preferred
Understanding of physical Metallurgy principles and methodologies
Knowledge of basic statistics and statistical process control
Experience with identifying process changes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work without guidance or supervision
Ability to accurately identify patterns to solve problems
