Responsibilities
Lead and manage land development projects across the region
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, scopes of work, and budgets
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and technical staff
Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington (Oregon a plus)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
10+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3+ years in project management
Proven ability to manage projects and teams independently
Strong communication and client service skills
Preferred
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
