Responsibilities
Join our consulting team and play a role in planning, selling, delivering and implementing high impact projects and solutions with merchant and co-brand partners
Develop initiatives to promote balanced and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner
Potential engagements could include product development, program launch, customer acquisition, customer life cycle optimization, retention improvement, benchmark analysis, profitability improvement
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Prior experience at large management consulting firm or a strategy or program role (e.g., loyalty, co-brand) at a merchant
Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment
Experience working with merchants with additional exposure to retail, platform, or foodservice merchants a plus
Proven expertise in business development, account management, or go-to-market strategy
Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical difficulty
Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
Outstanding communication, storytelling and facilitation skills
Collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, able to work effectively in matrixed organization
Technologically savvy, curious, up to date with digital trends and applications
