Responsibilities

Work independently, learn business processes quickly, and take a proactive, hands-on approach to solving complex application and data issues

Strong in systems analysis and troubleshooting, with experience using Azure Application Insights (or comparable monitoring tools) and Redgate SQL tools

Design and implement plans/processes that reduce downtime and help manage system/server load during peak usage or incident conditions
