The HR Intern will work closely with the Human Resources team to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
Support the recruiting process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation
Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
Support HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and process improvement
Assist with data tracking, reporting, and HR metrics as needed
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to HR initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and best practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Actively pursuing a degree (undergraduate or graduate) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, or employee relations concepts
Basic knowledge of HR systems or databases
