Sales Operations & Revenue Enablement Specialist
United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc. is on a mission to protect policyholders and maximize claim outcomes, and they are hiring a Sales Operations & Revenue Enablement Specialist to support this mission. This role is crucial in ensuring that every sales opportunity is converted into signed retainers and active claims, allowing the sales team to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Immediately send retainer agreements following prospect engagement
Track outstanding agreements and drive timely follow-up to prevent lost opportunities
Enter all leads into HubSpot to trigger automation workflows
Ensure deal stages, notes, and records are accurate—no off-system leads
Maintain supplemental tracking spreadsheets for leadership visibility
Prepare and deliver tailored marketing collateral to insurance agents, property managers, and high-value clients
Manage both physical mailings and digital campaigns, tracking delivery and timing
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and outreach with referral partners
Handle calendar scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
Support setup for trade events, sponsorships, and hosted gatherings
Ensure event leads are promptly entered into HubSpot, and follow-up workflows are activated
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or a related field
Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot ideal)
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and coordination skills
