Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Possess a strong understanding of Customer Support processes and functions. Ability to address issues with difficult customers in demanding situations
Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
The ability to learn and train others on a technical application
