Required
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Account Management to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Skilled in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to customers
Experience in Lead Generation to identify and pursue new sales opportunities effectively
Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Familiarity with the steel service industry or related fields is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is an advantage
