Corporate Development Analyst
One Physics is the largest outsourced medical physics services organization in North America, and they are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Analyst to support the Company’s continued growth through mergers and acquisitions. This role involves managing the M&A lifecycle, including prospecting, diligence, and integration, while providing direct support to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify potential acquisition targets aligned with One Physics’ strategic priorities
Maintain and actively manage the M&A pipeline, including CRM upkeep, outreach tracking, and prioritization
Support relationship development with founders, advisors, bankers, and private equity partners
Assist with financial, operational, and commercial diligence for prospective acquisitions
Coordinate data collection, diligence requests, and third-party advisors (legal, accounting, consulting)
Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials
Prepare internal investment memos and executive-level presentations
Assist in the negotiation and preparation of core legal documentation (ex. disclosure schedules, funds flow)
Support pre-close planning focused on synergy identification, operational improvements, and growth initiatives
Partner with leadership to assess opportunities for cross-selling, service expansion, and margin enhancement
Play a hands-on role in post-acquisition integration efforts, including project tracking and milestone execution
Coordinate across functional teams (operations, finance, HR, clinical leadership) to ensure smooth transitions
Support integration planning, reporting, and performance monitoring
Support the President and CEO on strategic initiatives, market assessments, and special projects as needed
Assist with internal process development related to M&A, integration playbooks, and analytics
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, commercial banking, private equity, consulting, or a related analytical role
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment
Willingness to travel approximately 20%
