Creating a safe and welcoming community for residents and their families
Qualification
Required
Operational management skills, including budgeting, financial oversight, and compliance with state regulations (DHS 83)
Leadership and team management experience, including training, mentoring, and fostering a supportive work environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with residents, families, and staff
Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle complex situations effectively
Commitment to upholding and promoting company values and fostering a culture of trust, care, and excellence
Preferred
Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or related industries preferred
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is advantageous
