Wholesale Account Executive
Logan Finance Corporation is one of the fastest growing Non-QM lending companies in the US, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through their Correspondent and Wholesale channels. They are seeking experienced Wholesale Account Executives to build a network of bankers and brokers to help close more loans, emphasizing the importance of relationship building and sales over processing.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers
Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans. Your job is to sell, not process!
Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information
Ability to follow directions
Work with Senior Management on goals and projections
Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements
NMLS license not required (except Nevada)
Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena
Qualification
Required
Current Non-QM Wholesale Mortgage experience
Attention to detail and ability to work quickly
Knowledge of E-mail marketing
A person who creates solutions, not problems
