Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document current procure-to-pay workflows, including purchasing, approvals, invoicing, and payment processes
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and manual workarounds within P2P activities and recommend opportunities for optimization and automation
Help design and support implementation of future-state processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to support execution of process changes and system enhancements
Develop clear process documentation, workflows, and visual maps to support adoption and training
Support definition and tracking of process performance metrics, helping assess whether improvements and automation are delivering expected results
Monitor ongoing use of automated solutions to ensure processes are being leveraged effectively and not bypassed by manual steps
Participate in cross-functional working sessions to align upstream and downstream processes and reduce handoffs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as the organization evolves and grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or process improvement, with exposure to procure-to-pay or AP-related workflows
Solid understanding of purchasing, approvals, invoicing, and payment processes
Experience with process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Comfortable working cross-functionally and embedding with business teams to understand real-world processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, execution-oriented mindset
Clear communicator able to translate process concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Exposure to ERP environments and post-implementation optimization preferred
