Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase
Understand client requirements, document, and translate them into system configurations and workflows
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
Support implementation testing activities including testing preparations, questions, and investigating potential issues
Conduct implementation training sessions and provide documentation to help clients effectively use the product
Monitor implementation timelines, update project plans, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process
Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve product and service delivery
Support additional client projects / initiatives as needed (such as new module rollouts, requests for system enhancements, etc)
Assess system requirements and document into well-defined user stories for the development team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management roles
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Microsoft suite, and experience working with a SaaS platform is a plus
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience working on client facing projects
