Responsibilities
Owning day-to-day client interactions and conducting systematic check-ins at 30/60/90 day intervals
Monitoring client satisfaction and escalating risks to senior leadership
Tracking key updates and maintaining comprehensive internal records
Supporting internal coordination with Delivery and other teams
Contributing to client retention and referral initiatives
Qualification
Required
2+ years in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or similar roles
Experience managing high-volume accounts
Availability to travel 20% of the time
English speaker
Preferred
Preferably in software outsourcing or recruiting services
Familiarity with Software Development roles
