Responsibilities
Work extensively in the onsite lab performing assessments on tissue diagnostics instruments
Utilize an array of different assays and tissue samples
Generate results that will help with the creation of design inputs for the new system
Systems characterization, design of experiments, test method validation, writing and executing lab/engineering test protocols, data analysis, project planning, and process/document improvements
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in Systems Characterization Protocols
2-5 years of experience in Design of Experiments
2-5 years of experience in Test Method Validation
Proven ability to write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols
Planning and execution of assigned projects utilizing thorough technical and theoretical understanding of numerous techniques
Experience in data analyses, evaluation of results, forming conclusions, and providing/implementing process or document improvements
Skilled at project planning, process updating, and contributing to experimental design
Excellent technical presentation skills
Quality control of work product
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, self-starting approach
Motivated, hands-on engineer who is highly coachable
Strong capacity for innovation and creativity with dedication to process optimization
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
