Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable and robust CLM system solutions to meet business requirements
Lead the implementation and configuration of Ironclad CLM systems, including workflows, templates, and integrations
Customize and extend CLM functionality to meet specific business needs
Manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations
Design and implement integrations between CLM systems and other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR)
Develop and maintain APIs and web services for data exchange
Automate contract-related processes and workflows to improve efficiency
Provide expert-level technical support for CLM systems, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving incidents
Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive contract information
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and other stakeholders to understand their CLM requirements
Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Lead or participate in CLM system projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
Manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on CLM systems or related enterprise applications
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
Experience with leading CLM platforms Ironclad
Experience with lease data abstraction tools
Proficiency in relevant programming languages, scripting languages, and database technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript)
Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
