Responsibilities

Conducts sales of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone, by email, and over the counter
Promptly identify parts and process quotes & orders for customers
Actively makes customers aware of product promotions
May load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment
Responds to customer inquiries, questions, or concerns regarding products or services
Records inventory discrepancies
Follows up with customers
Determines best method to resolve customer issues
Develop & maintain relationships with customers and our business partners
Exhibits strong organizational and customer service skills
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Computer skills are essential
Attention to detail

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
