Responsibilities
Partner with internal departments to understand customer requirements and ensure quality standards are met on invoices
Process invoices promptly and investigate unbilled loads to resolve discrepancies
Process carrier settlements promptly to keep payments current
Run reports and post customer invoices daily and monthly
Align actions with ATS' mission, vision, and values, supporting our vibrant company culture
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Minimum of 1 year experience in billing, collections, settlement, accounting, or a related field
Basic understanding of general administrative, accounts payable, and billing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (written, listening, and verbal)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work independently
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Team player with a willingness to take on a variety of work projects
Proactive commitment to ATS corporate values and the success of all staff
Preferred
degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
