Responsibilities

Assess current workstation performance and identify bottlenecks causing long login times

Develop and implement optimization strategies for:

Image creation and deployment (Windows OS images for clinical endpoints)

Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) tuning

Citrix environment performance improvements

Collaborate with EPIC application teams to align workstation performance with clinical workflows

Walk clinical floors to observe real-world usage and gather feedback from doctors and nurses

Lead a small technical team to execute optimization tasks and track progress

Document changes, improvements, and provide status updates to IT leadership

Required

Strong experience in Windows image creation and management

Deep knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, and endpoint configuration

Familiarity with EPIC workflows and performance requirements

Excellent communication skills for clinical staff interaction
