Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team at Massage Heights locations in San Antonio. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing bookings, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests and Members with warmth, positivity, and a genuine smile

Master our booking software to schedule appointments, manage check-ins/outs, and process payments

Build lasting rapport with Guest in the lobby, creating a welcoming atmosphere

Present and sell membership programs with confidence and charm

Deliver exceptional Guest experiences to retain Members and drive in returning Guests

Answer phones with professional, upbeat etiquette

Thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a mature, solution-oriented attitude

Qualification

Required

Availability to commit to 32 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Friday through Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings
