Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for improvement
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Develop and implement vendor outlet strategies to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in waste management
Lead and manage a team responsible for preparing proposals and bids related to waste management contracts and projects
Coordinate with waste approvers to ensure all waste management activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies
Monitor and analyze waste management performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into waste management processes and initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in waste management to ensure compliance and innovation
Proven experience in waste management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong decision-making skills and ability to resolve conflicts
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
Physical ability to inspect waste management facilities and operations
