They are seeking a Full Stack Developer who will own features end-to-end, work directly with users, and help shape the product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack features across React/Next.js and Django/Python

Design APIs, data models, and backend integrations

Deploy and operate services in AWS (Docker/Kubernetes)

Work directly with real users to understand problems and iterate fast

Help define product direction, engineering standards, and early team culture

Required

Onsite in Boston, MA (or willing to relocate)

Eligible and willing to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance

2–5 years of professional software engineering experience

Experience shipping full-stack features in production

Comfort with at least one modern frontend framework and one backend language

Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)

Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments

Preferred

Experience with our stack: Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript; Backend: Python, Django; Data: Postgres, Elasticsearch; Infra: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

Startup or founding engineer experience

Builder energy (side projects, open source, hackathons)

Interest in national security, defense, or mission-driven technology
