Responsibilities
Reports to Quality Manager
Perform MT and/or PT inspections on metallic components per approved techniques and procedures
Evaluate and report indications in accordance with applicable acceptance criteria
Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records and reports
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and procedural requirements
Maintain and calibrate equipment as required
Support continuous improvement and audit readiness activities
Other Quality Assurance/Control activities as assigned by the Quality Manager
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
NAS-410 compliant training and hours for MT and/or PT methods
Level I or Level II certification (or certifiable) in MT and/or PT
Previous certifications or documented OJT and practical hours signed by Quality Management or NDT Level III required
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
