Responsibilities
Build the Finance Function: Establish internal reporting, FP&A processes, ERP systems, and controls; transition from outsourced to in-house finance operations
Lead Acquisition Integration: Develop a repeatable integration framework for consolidating financials and driving synergies across regional operators
Drive Capital Stewardship: Manage lender relationships, debt covenants, and board reporting; ensure efficient deployment of capital and operational discipline
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development within high-growth or leveraged environments
Demonstrated success in buy-and-build or multi-site businesses, with exposure to acquisition execution and integration
Strong FP&A, reporting, and M&A finance capabilities
A player-coach who can scale teams and systems while remaining hands-on in the early stages
Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating in a nimble, low-ego culture while introducing rigor and process
Preferred
CPA or audit background advantageous
