Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help deliver high-quality civil engineering solutions that support the development of advanced manufacturing and operational facilities
Each day, you’ll manage multiple projects across planning, design, bidding, and construction phases, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and resource needs to keep projects moving forward
You’ll independently develop civil engineering deliverables including construction documents, specifications, calculations, and narratives, while continuously improving design standards and details
You’ll review drawings and proposals from vendors, architects, and engineers, lead multi-disciplinary coordination efforts, and present 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews to stakeholders
Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll proactively communicate project status, changes, and risks, and coordinate with permitting authorities to secure jurisdictional approvals for civil scopes of work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting high-tech or industrial facilities such as vehicle manufacturing, semiconductor, solar, or battery projects
3-5+ years of experience with master planning, including roadway design, grading, pavements, utilities, traffic, stormwater management, flood control, erosion and sediment control, and multi-use site development
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/stormwater modeling software, with the ability to produce construction documents for permitting and construction
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing project requirements, and work independently with minimal oversight
