Responsibilities
Custom Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom code, workflows, rules, and configurations within the SailPoint IdentityNow (Cloud) platform
System Integration: Lead integration efforts for diverse endpoints, including MS Active Directory, Azure/O365, ServiceNow, and various Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
Technical Implementation: Translate complex technical specifications into high-quality code and create comprehensive test artifacts to ensure platform stability
Access Governance: Develop and manage Access Reviews, custom reports, and search queries to support audit and compliance requirements
Policy Management: Implement and refine Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Role Mining, and Separation of Duties (SOD) policies
Collaborative Delivery: Work within an Agile framework to support the existing team in meeting project milestones and adhering to ITIL standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of dedicated experience in developing and implementing SailPoint solutions
Professional proficiency in Java/J2EE, BeanShell, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting
Strong command of JSON, REST APIs, and RDMS (SQL / Oracle) with a deep understanding of IGA protocols such as SCIM, OAuth, and SAML
Hands-on experience using VSCode, Bitbucket, and Jira for version control and project tracking
Firm grasp of Identity Management best practices, including SSD/SSB frameworks and Web Services
Preferred
SailPoint Certification is highly preferred
Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a significant plus
