Responsibilities

Perform remote remediation activities, including software and firmware deployment
Configure devices and support customers remotely
Troubleshoot and resolve electronic system and software issues
Maintain accurate service tickets, documentation, and reports
Work closely with advanced support and cross-functional teams
Follow established procedures in an FDA-regulated environment
Identify process improvements and eliminate inefficiencies
Develop and update process documentation, job aids, and knowledge articles

Required

Education in Computer Science, Technology, Healthcare, or equivalent experience

Experience with software/application deployment and system support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge with Windows OS, Active Directory, domain security, and remote access tools
Knowledge of cloud computing, SQL, Windows/Unix/Linux environments
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
High school diploma required
