Responsibilities

Develop and execute event strategies that align with organizational goals

Manage a portfolio of events including conferences, meetings, webinars, and special gatherings

Oversee all logistics: venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, AV setup, and accommodations

Create detailed timelines, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans

Coordinate speaker engagements and presentation materials

Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event financial analysis

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners

Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, communications, and IT teams

Gather feedback and implement best practices for continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, or related field

5+ years of experience in event planning or corporate events

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
