Responsibilities
Lead finance transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and business units
Analyze, design, and implement end-to-end Finance process solutions that drive standardization, efficiency, and quality
Prepare business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives
Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and product performance
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of solutions
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and confirm stakeholder requirements are met
Apply advanced principles of process improvement, workflow analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Serve as a key member of project teams, providing leadership and conflict resolution when needed
Partner with stakeholders to implement financial strategies and processes effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required
10+ years of relevant finance expertise, supporting technology-driven initiatives
8+ years of professional experience in business analysis and product management
Experience with BI reporting tools and analytics platforms
Deep understanding and 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP or EPM Applications (JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud)
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial processes
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder engagement
High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset
Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Business Process Management a plus
Multiple certifications in analytics and product management preferred
