Lead Ground Systems C2 Analysis, Integration and Test Engineer

Responsibilities

Work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for Ground C2 Systems
Analyze and translate requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications
Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
Solve problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
9+ years of related work experience
Strong Radio Frequency (RF) and hardware knowledge
Knowledge of current military radio, modems, and antennas for Line of Sight and SATCOM applications
Integration and test experience in lab environments, field testing, and flight testing
5+ years of experience in designing communication systems and networks
3+ years of experience creating technical documentation and diagrams (e.g., system performance specifications, interface control documents, and supplier statement of work)
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Preferred

Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, such as CAMEO/MSOSA
Experience with RF performance analysis and predictions using MATLAB or other RF/Waveform tools is a plus
