Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of the finance leadership team, supporting the CFO across strategic finance, FP&A, and executive decision support
Own the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, with a focus on scalability and rigor
Build and maintain financial models to support: Capital investments and capacity expansion, Pricing and margin analysis, Scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, Strategic initiatives and growth projects
Analyse monthly and quarterly performance, translating results into clear insights for executive leadership, the Board, and PE stakeholders
Prepare board decks, management presentations, and investor-ready materials
Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR to understand key business drivers and improve financial visibility
Help professionalize and enhance FP&A infrastructure, reporting cadence, and analytical tools
Support ad hoc projects including strategic reviews, ROI analyses, and PE-driven initiatives

Required

5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel required
Experience synthesizing complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership and boards
Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving operating environment
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how a manufacturing business truly works
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Preferred

MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus but not required
