Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate Vinco’s global operational activities to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and growth objectives
Design and implement operational structures, processes, and governance frameworks suitable for a scaling fintech organization
Integrate technology, automation, and data analytics to improve efficiency, transparency, and execution velocity
Ensure seamless collaboration across product, engineering, compliance, and client-facing teams
Partner with the CEO and executive team to execute Vinco’s long-term growth and platform strategy
Translate strategic goals into actionable operating plans, milestones, and performance metrics
Lead organizational and operational transformation initiatives as the company scales from startup to institutional-grade operation
Anticipate market, regulatory, and technology trends impacting fintech and digital finance
Support Vinco’s expansion into new markets by ensuring operational readiness and execution discipline
Develop scalable partnership and go-to-market operational models for institutional clients and strategic partners
Bridge innovation-driven fintech development with the requirements of traditional financial institutions
Ensure service delivery, security, and operational standards meet institutional and regulatory expectations
Establish and maintain strong governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks
Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions to ensure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions
Implement business continuity, operational risk mitigation, and incident response frameworks
Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and operational integrity
Advise, mentor, and support senior leaders and functional heads across the organization
Foster cross-functional alignment and execution discipline in a fast-moving startup environment
Contribute to leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design
Champion Vinco’s values of trust, innovation, and long-term value creation
Oversee operational planning, budgeting alignment, and resource optimization
Define KPIs and reporting structures that link operational performance to business outcomes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and scalability
Deliver measurable improvements in execution speed, reliability, and operational resilience
Qualification
Required
20+ years of experience in executive operations, strategy, or leadership roles within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven financial infrastructure organizations
Demonstrated success in scaling organizations, building operational frameworks, and supporting high-growth environments
Strong understanding of fintech platforms, capital markets, digital finance, or institutional financial systems
Proven expertise in operational strategy, governance, and cross-functional execution
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
