Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for clinical trial testing, managing sponsor/client relationships and trial progress
Coordinate assigned trials under Lead PM guidance; communicate with clinical/regulatory teams
Maintain study logs, metrics, and provide updates
Resolve issues and escalate critical items
Develop SOPs as needed
Maintain Study Binders/TMF per GCP
Perform QC on deliverables and support secondary QC
Train staff as required
Qualification
Required
AA or BS degree
2+ years clinical research/study coordination experience (CRO, university, or medical setting)
Experience in regulated environments; familiarity with CAP/CLIA/CDx
Strong Excel and computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service
Knowledge of GCP, HIPAA, and medical terminology
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
