Assisting customers in selecting vehicles

Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a proven ability to guide customers through the purchasing process
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention techniques to build loyalty and trust
Experience in Customer Service with a focus on effective communication and conflict resolution
Knowledge of Automotive Sales and familiarity with vehicle features, financing options, and market trends
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in automotive sales or finance is preferred but not required
Additional education or certifications in Sales or Finance are a plus
