Responsibilities
Support CFO in analyzing and selecting best alternatives to strategic initiatives, operating model, and operational execution of the Region
Manages annual Budget and Forecast process, setting timing, guidelines, and requirements
Researches, analyzes, and reports fluctuations in financial and business results to identify trends and research variances; makes recommendations to improve company performance and resolve issues
Create financial, operational, and business models supporting business objectives
Collaborate with Director Supply Chain Finance in evaluating and reporting of manufacturing and operational performance
Lead the development of competitive and market research business intelligence
Analyzes and interprets various financial reports and statistics for management; makes recommendations to ensure proper business decisions are made
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Accounting
Several years of experience with financial planning and reporting responsibilities
Knowledge of business valuation approaches
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills building business models
Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Experience and confidence in making recommendations and presentations to senior management within the business
Preferred
CPA or equivalent credential preferred
Experience with Oracle ERP preferred
