Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) and project portfolio
Define and implement project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
Provide executive oversight for large-scale, high-risk, and cross-functional programs
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to quality standards
Align project priorities and resource allocation with strategic and financial objectives
Monitor project performance, risks, and financial controls; drive corrective actions
Partner with business, finance, and functional leaders to ensure effective execution
Develop project management leadership, talent, and succession planning
Report portfolio performance, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and the Board
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery effectiveness and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
20+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management
Proven leadership of complex, multi-million or multi-billion dollar initiatives
Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and financial oversight
Ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience leading enterprise PMOs or transformation programs
Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 preferred
Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., infrastructure, energy, technology, construction]
