Responsibilities

Owns the end-to-end transformation of the debt-servicing platform, including migration, system integration, data accuracy, and operational readiness

Acts as a senior technical program or product-driven project manager, leading the full lifecycle of system replacement or integration projects

Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages requirements, architecture review, testing, and go-live processes

Ensures data quality, mappings, transformations, and validation are thoroughly managed for risk mitigation

Engages stakeholders and manages change to ensure smooth operations during the platform transition

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience in financial services, specifically mortgage servicing, asset-backed finance, or loan servicing platforms

Proven track record leading large-scale system replacements or integrations within the financial services industry

Ability to review and challenge system architecture, APIs, data models, and functionality, with Jira-savvy experience in Epic and Story decomposition

Strong understanding of servicing workflows such as settlements, remittances, cash consolidation, and operational processes

Excellent communication skills with demonstrated change management and stakeholder alignment experience
