Head of Performance Marketing
Roam is on a mission to unlock a better way to buy a home, helping buyers access assumable mortgages. The Head of Performance Marketing will own the performance marketing engine, managing strategy, execution, and optimization to drive company growth.

Responsibilities
Own direct-to-consumer SEM across Google
Own direct-to-consumer Paid Social across Meta and other relevant platforms
Manage and optimize budgets with clear CAC, LTV, and payback targets
Design and run structured experimentation (creative, bidding, targeting, landing pages)
Aggressively scale what works; decisively kill what doesn’t
Build and refine attribution models in partnership with data and product
Collaborate with creative to translate insights into high-performing ads
Develop forecasting models and performance reporting for leadership
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and new acquisition opportunities
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition
Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (non-negotiable)
Proven track record scaling spend while maintaining or improving efficiency
Strong analytical mindset; fluent in metrics, funnels, and experimentation design
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
High ownership, high judgment, low ego
Preferred
