Advocate for the Client: Reach out to homeowners who have received an estimate but haven't scheduled the work yet. Ensure they have everything they need to make an informed decision

Coordinate the Solution: Work as the bridge between the homeowner and our field team to ensure a seamless transition from the initial estimate to the completed job

Master the Details: Manage our client database with precision, ensuring every interaction is documented and every client feels like our only client

Drive Results: While your focus is on service, you’ll be rewarded for your performance. You’ll receive a stable base salary plus performance pay based on how many clients you successfully help move forward
