Senior Manager of Business Systems & Portfolio Transitions
Dietz Property Group is looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager of Business Systems & Portfolio Transitions. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating complex, cross-functional system and operational transitions across the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and providing oversight throughout the transition lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional system and operational transition initiatives spanning multiple departments and stakeholder groups
Provide oversight across the full transition lifecycle, including planning, execution, stabilization, and closeout
Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early, and elevate issues with clear context, tradeoffs, and recommendations
Ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities, timelines, and operating expectations
Serve as a primary point of coordination across internal teams and external partners involved in transition initiatives
Facilitate structured working sessions, decision forums, and status reviews to drive alignment and accountability
Communicate status, impacts, and next steps clearly and consistently to stakeholders at varying levels of the organization
Partner with system administrators and vendors to support system implementations, enhancements, and migrations
Assess operational, financial, and reporting impacts associated with system changes
Confirm organizational readiness prior to go-live events, including coordination of training, support, and ownership handoffs
Partner with training and operations teams to support adoption and long-term sustainability of changes
Provide regular updates on initiative status, risks, and outcomes to leadership
Contribute to the refinement of templates, playbooks, and standard practices related to system and operational transitions

Qualification
Required
A commitment to the Company's Core Values
Minimum of seven years of experience in business systems, operations, program management, or cross-functional leadership roles
Demonstrated experience supporting system implementations or operational transitions
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, evaluate impacts, and inform recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a remote environment
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with enterprise property management systems such as RealPage or similar platforms
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
project management or change management certifications preferred
