Responsibilities

Own and lead your territory – manage sales strategy, execution, and brand initiatives for Toro at retail
Drive results – consistently meet and exceed sales targets through disciplined field execution and relationship-building
Build influence at all levels – foster strong, productive relationships with store managers, key decision-makers, and associates
Coach and support the field – deliver in-store product demos, hands-on training, and best-practice guidance
Champion the brand – ensure premium in-store presence through merchandising standards, execution, and accountability
Analyze and optimize performance – track sales trends, interpret data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Serve as a subject-matter expert – maintain deep knowledge of Toro products, competitive offerings, and customer needs
Lead key initiatives – execute store walks, demo days, promotional events, and territory-level programs with professionalism and impact

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or retail management
Progressive experience in a field-based sales role with a demonstrated record of results
Ability to work independently while managing a territory with strategic focus and accountability
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
Highly organized with strong time management, prioritization, and follow-through
Confidence leading product demonstrations and training in a retail environment
Physical ability to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods
Willingness to travel overnight, particularly during peak season
Valid driver's license and current U.S. work authorization
Based in the Denver, CO area

Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools strongly preferred
