Responsibilities
Advise on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies
Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary
Prepare and update occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
Assist in maintaining personnel records and handbooks
Generate reports on job analysis, compensation analysis, and organizational charts
Qualification
Required
Proficient in MS Office, Payroll Systems, and SuccessFactors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of legal hiring practices and procedures
Preferred
Experience in the automotive manufacturing domain is highly beneficial for this role, offering exposure to specific industry challenges and technologies
