Black Forest Supplements is a fast-growing, founder-led company operating in the e-commerce, health, and innovation sectors. The CEO Assistant will support the CEO in outreach, communication, scheduling, and operational execution, ensuring effective management of tasks and priorities.

Retail

Responsibilities

Manage and execute outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, partnerships, hiring, collaborations)
Draft, edit, and send messages on behalf of the CEO
Track conversations, follow-ups, and responses
Coordinate introductions and relationship-building efforts
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and priorities
Handle inbox organization and message triage
Prepare briefs, summaries, and notes for meetings
Ensure deadlines, follow-ups, and commitments are met
Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams
Help organize tasks, documents, and workflows
Support special projects as needed (research, coordination, execution)
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate

Required

Based in Miami, FL (or able to work in-person regularly)
Experience with outreach, partnerships, or recruiting
Strong written and verbal English communication
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, calendars, CRMs, or similar tools)

Preferred

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Associate, or Operations Assistant
Strong follow-up instincts—you don't let things drop
Startup or fast-paced environment experience
