Engage with potential and existing customers in conversation to establish rapport and pique their interest
Provide specialized solutions according to the requirements of each customer
Inform customers about the newest TV, internet, and wireless services offered by AT&T
Help with service inquiries, account setup, and upgrades, ensuring a smooth sales process
Monitor sales activity and follow up with customers to make sure they're satisfied
Continued training and product updates will help you, as an AT&T Representative, stay sharp
Qualification
Required
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized, and motivated to succeed in a sales environment
Interested in sales, customer engagement, and career development
Preferred
Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required to become an AT&T Representative with us
