Responsibilities
Maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports to visualize data and performance results to employees and key stakeholders
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions support decision-making, and explore strategic growth initiatives
Track quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure demand, utilization, and business performance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis
Manage bi-annual bonus program
Support metrics for annual performance cycles
Monitor health of offsite partnerships via tracking of patient referrals & visits
Support Office Manager with caregiver policy enforcement (behavior & attendance)
Translate data-driven insights into actionable plans and gather stakeholder support in order to effectively implement programming
Support key stakeholders with administrative tasks related that support patient/partner onboarding, program management, student hiring, performance management and marketing
Qualification
Required
Experience in a service business, ideally medical services or field service organization
Proven experience optimizing team performance to improve productivity and customer service outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative or operations field
Minimum 5 years demonstrated career progression in a Finance or Business Operations role
Strong analytical skills including forecasting, modeling and data analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights effectively
Preferred
Financial statement analysis and related financial risk and mitigation strategies
