Responsibilities
Design and develop document templates and render logic using DocBridge ARM
Implement document generation solutions supporting batch and on-demand processing
Integrate document services with enterprise systems and data sources
Support standardized layouts, branding, and regulatory language
Maintain version control and traceability of document templates
Troubleshoot document rendering issues and performance challenges
Collaborate with analysts and application teams to translate requirements into document logic
Ensure document outputs meet accessibility, compliance, and formatting standards
Support modernization initiatives while maintaining compatibility with legacy systems
Qualification
Required
IRS MBI Clearance is required for this role
U.S. Citizenship is contractually required for this role
Hands-on experience developing solutions using DocBridge ARM
Experience with enterprise document composition and rendering platforms
Understanding of high-volume batch processing workflows
Experience integrating document services with enterprise applications
Familiarity with structured data inputs and output formats (e.g., PDF, AFP)
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Preferred
Experience supporting government, financial, or large enterprise correspondence systems
Familiarity with document governance, auditability, and change control
Experience working in hybrid legacy-modern architecture
